Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in retirement or financial services.
• Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans.
• Excellent relationship management and professional written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans under minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with manager to research issues and negotiate resolutions.
• Foster proactive client relationships to ensure retention and growth of the client service block.
• Provide accurate information meeting quality metrics and communicate improvements to management.
• Lead effective client meetings and mentor new account managers.
