Job summary

Powerplay Retail™ is seeking an eager, entry-level Operations Coordinator to partner with our Operations Analysts on the Rep team. You’ll help set up items, coordinate launches, and learn from seasoned pros in a mentoring environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across brand partnerships, product displays, and promotional tracking while growing your skills in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce setting.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent follow-through of tasks.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Hybrid environment based in Mendota Heights, MN (3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain product listings including copy, imagery, videos and digital assets for retailer pages.
• Assist with website content creation and asset management.
• Coordinate with brand and retailer teams to obtain and relay accurate information.
• Support promotional trackers and related tasks.
• Shadow an analyst and attend meetings with retailers and brands to learn business.
• Manage the purchase order process and communication with partners.
• Interpret promotional analytics and manage funding.
• Run weekly and monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
