Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail experience.
• Independent, creative thinker with ability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work in fast-paced, detail-rich environments.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products.
• Working knowledge of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel for architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents for landlord/authority approvals and bid readiness.
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating construction documents for approvals.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls during construction; review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; travel to site as needed.
