Job summary

Qualifications

3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in retail interiors.
Independent, creative thinker who can work collaboratively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excels in fast-paced, detail-rich project environments.
Familiar with Building Codes and ADA requirements; coordinates with consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead retail-focused drawing production across SD, DD, CD.
Coordinate with external consultants for coordinated construction documents.
Assist Project Manager with construction document coordination for approvals.
Attend weekly virtual OAC calls and review shop drawings/submittals.
Travel to sites for architectural surveys and construction visits, including punch lists.
