Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in New York, NY seeks an Intermediate Technical Architect Designer / Project Professional to lead retail interiors drawing production, coordinate with consultants and project managers, and support construction-phase activities. The role blends concept development with technical execution for branded environments.

You'll manage site surveys, SD, DD and CD sets, coordinate with landlords and authorities, attend weekly calls, and travel for site visits as needed.

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail-focused drawing production.

• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls throughout construction and review shop drawings and RFIs.
• Travel for architectural site surveys and construction site visits.
