Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to perform Architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordination of construction docs for approval.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls and review RFIs/submittals.
• Conduct construction site visits and punch-list coordination.
