The role works cross-functionally with Store Managers, Retail Operations, Sales Planning, Marketing, and Merchandising to support financial decision-making and continuous process improvement. Strong analytical skills and a finance background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in finance or accounting; retail experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and data tools.

Responsabilités

• Inventory control, reconciliations, and variance insights to support timely resolution.
• Payroll analysis and labor budgeting reporting for stakeholders.
• SG&A analysis, variance forecasting, and leadership communication.
• Month-end close activities, journal entries, and ledger review.
• Finance liaison to train store associates and resolve inventory issues.
