Job summary

GTT is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst in Framingham, MA for a 3-month contract. Hybrid in-office schedule (Tuesday and Wednesday in office). You will build location-based labor and expense plans, deliver regular performance reports, and provide analytical guidance to influence management decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in budgeting and a strong finance background, with advanced Excel and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail finance and inventory is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years budget preparation, administration and control in a multiunit environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Advanced level in Excel and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Experience in a growth, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly labor and expense plans by location to support operating plans.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and analysis to inform forecasting.
• Interface with Finance teams to support monthly planning, rolling plan, and close processes.
• Develop budgeting policies, practices, and standards.
• Support ad hoc analyses that drive sales and profit growth.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing.
