New Balance is seeking a Wholesale Financial Analyst to support the US Wholesale finance team with monthly close, forecast, and annual budget processes. The role includes SG&A analysis and cross-functional reporting for footwear and apparel channels, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Planning, Marketing, and Merchandising.

The ideal candidate has a finance background with 1–3+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Oracle Cloud, D365, Spotfire, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in finance or accounting; industry experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle Cloud / D365 / BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand revenue, COGS, margin and SG&A drivers by product and channel.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting translating data into actionable insights.
• Communicate MTD/YTD/full-year forecast results to sales leadership with guidance on revenue and profitability.
• Handle month-end close activities including journal entries and ledger analysis.
• Develop models and datasets to track KPIs for business decisions.
