Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Support inventory management, stock takes, and visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting, potentially including remote work components.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
