Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role supporting vegetation management projects. You will work with FirstEnergy Capital Project Management to align timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project coordination, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver's license is required for field-related activities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination, resource planning, scheduling or operations support.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience maintaining schedules and creating leadership reports.
• Ability to communicate across multiple teams and departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with databases or project tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between project management and vegetation teams for alignment.
• Coordinate project schedules, resourcing, staffing, and workload forecasting.
• Maintain and communicate schedules, priorities, and work plans.
• Manage project tracking, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Analyze project data and metrics to support decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors for timely delivery.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and drawings.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and status meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Support estimating, budgeting, and financial management for initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and resource utilization.
