Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with multi-project management ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience creating reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between project management and vegetation teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Coordinate schedules, resource planning, staffing, and workload forecasting across multiple projects.
• Maintain and communicate project schedules and priorities; resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage project tracking systems, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to support decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors for timely delivery.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and drawings.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and status meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Support estimating, budgeting, and financial management activities.
