Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions is seeking an AMS PA/RC to join our Cumberland, MD area team. The role blends in-person collaboration with remote work and field activities, supporting vegetation management and capital projects.

The position requires an Associate's degree and 2+ years of project coordination, with MS Office proficiency and experience reporting to leadership. A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in business, PM, forestry, environmental science, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination, resource planning, scheduling, or operations support experience.
• Analytical and organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• MS Office expertise (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience maintaining schedules and generating reports for leadership.
• Strong communication across multiple teams and departments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with databases or project-tracking tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between project management and vegetation teams for alignment and execution.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, staffing, and workload forecasts.
• Maintain and communicate schedules, priorities, and work plans; resolve conflicts.
• Manage project tracking systems, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Analyze data and metrics to support decision-making and improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, engineering, vendors, and contractors.
• Organize project documentation, maps, drawings, and records for planning.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and status meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with project estimating, budgeting, and financial management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and resource utilization.
