Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions seeks a proactive AMS PA/RC to coordinate vegetation management projects and serve as the primary liaison between PM and field teams. This role blends in-person collaboration with remote work, offering a chance to manage schedules, budgets, and performance data across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has an associate’s degree (or higher) and 2+ years in project coordination, with strong Excel/SharePoint skills, excellent communication, and the drive to improve

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; equivalent experience possible.
• 2+ years in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience creating reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with databases or project tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between PM and Vegetation Management to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, staffing, and workload across a diverse portfolio.
• Maintain and communicate schedules, priorities, and work plans; resolve conflicts.
• Manage project tracking systems, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to support decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, maps, drawings, schedules and records.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and status meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Support estimating, budget planning, and financial management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase program efficiency.
