Hanscom Federal Credit Union is seeking a Residential Loan Servicer in a flexible hybrid role. You will provide prompt, professional service on Residential and Home Equity loans, handle payoffs, discharges, subordinations and rate changes, and ensure accurate posting across multi-state registries.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of residential loan servicing experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage and consumer loans, specifically home equity loans, preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of real estate documents and lien instruments.

Aufgaben

• Provides prompt, efficient and professional service to all members regarding Residential and Home Equity Loans.
• Responds to inquiries for payoffs, discharges, payments, subordinations, modifications, address changes and checks.
• Performs QC on APR calculations and assists with ARM adjustments and remittances.
• Processes subordinations and rate modifications and maintains a log for requests.
• Submits Home Equity Mortgages to Registry of Deeds and tracks recording status across states.
• Prepares and processes discharges and closing costs; maintains filing systems and logs.
• Backs off payments, answers questions, and corrects errors as needed.
• Maintains escrow information—taxes, mortgage insurance—and responds to inquiries.
• Transfers mortgage data between processing and servicing systems; assigns to correct categories.
