Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential loan servicing experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage and home equity loans preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service to members, attorneys, and institutions on Residential and Home Equity Loans.
• Respond to inquiries for payoffs, modifications, and subordination requests.
• QC APR calculations, assist with ARM adjustments and FNMA remittances.
• Process subordinations and rate mods; maintain logs of requests.
• Submit Home Equity mortgages to Registry of Deeds and track recording statuses.
• Assist with tax and escrow information; transfer loans to servicing system.
• Back-up to QC group and assist with document corrections.
