Job summary

Hanscom Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Residential Loan Processor/Closer to join our Residential Lending team in a hybrid role. You will maintain loan data integrity, verify disclosures, collect fees, and communicate with borrowers throughout the mortgage process.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mortgage servicing/closing, a high school diploma, and strong organizational, analytical, and client-service skills to support timely closings and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years mortgage servicing and/or closing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of loan data from application to closing.
• Review loan packages for completeness and identify issues on credit reports.
• Obtain documentation and upload to the mortgage system per process.
• Prepare disclosures, collect deposits, and communicate loan status to borrowers.
• Coordinate with third parties and track documents and deadlines in MortgageBot.
• Close loans, verify conditions, and assist with post-closing quality reviews.
