Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Experience Specialist – Build to Rent in Whitsett, NC. The role combines leasing activities, customer service, and administrative support across multiple communities in a hybrid work setup.

You will handle property marketing, resident inquiries, move-in/move-out tasks, and use our property management software. A strong understanding of Fair Housing and a valid leasing license where required is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing documents.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain license as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily leasing activities in line with company policies and Fair Housing.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and provide professional service to tenants and staff.
• Support marketing campaigns and leasing materials across multiple communities.
• Log prospect information in the Property Management software accurately.
• Assist with move-in, move-out, and inspection processes (MOVIC) as needed.
• Coordinate with Centralized Screening Specialist for application approvals/denials.
• Assist with site inspections and coordination across 3–6 communities as required.
