Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Resident Experience Specialist – Build to Rent to support leasing, service delivery, and events across multiple communities. The hybrid role requires strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of leasing documents and Fair Housing guidelines, with significant local travel.

Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining property data in the management system.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing documents.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 60% as required.
• Proficiency with standard computer programs and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations for the property under Community Manager guidance.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service to prospective tenants, residents, and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of community details and local market promos; stay updated on leasing incentives.
• Assist with lease applications and move-in requirements with CSS and prepare contracts.
• Log prospect information in the Property Management software and track move-in dates.
• Support tours (self-guided/virtual) and conduct move-out inspections when needed.
• Perform daily community inspections and other duties as assigned.
