Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel at least 60%.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Fair Housing knowledge or compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing, administrative and financial operations under the Community Manager—Build to Rent.
• Answer phones, emails and written correspondence; manage mail and deliver notices.
• Deliver prompt, professional service to tenants, residents and staff; address issues.
• Assist with lease applications, move-in requirements and move-in/ move-out inspections as needed.
