Qualifications

• 4–5 years related experience in research or program coordination.
• Experience with REDCap, EnrollNow (Ripple), Qualtrics, MiChart, Data Direct, Microsoft Office.
• Experience in behavioral health research with human subjects.
• Experience working with participants with tobacco or alcohol use disorders and/or other substance use.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational leadership for the I2Q program and coordinates activities.
• Oversees staff workflow, scheduling, time approval, vacations, and operations.
• Facilitates communication with clinical partners, community organizations, funders, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly reports for funders and feeds data to finance for reporting accuracy.
• Coordinates with external software vendors and ensures HIPAA and funding compliance.
