Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three years related experience.
• Ability to negotiate extramurally funded agreements.
• Experience drafting and negotiating subrecipient agreements.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and institutional contract regulations (HIPAA, Debarment, COI).

Responsibilities

• Negotiates and issues standard extramurally funded agreements with subrecipients.
• Drafts, issues, and negotiates subrecipient agreements per sponsor requirements.
• Coordinates with General Counsel and OSP on non-standard language.
• Ensures compliance with UT System policies and Texas law.
• Manages amendments and modifications to contracts.
