Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical and organizational skills to review, draft, and revise documents; manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication with internal departments and external vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn contract management software and other supply chain tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prepare contract documents from initial stages through execution for low- to moderate-level contracts.
• Review, negotiate, draft, revise, and amend contracts to ensure compliance with state and institutional rules.
• Maintain audit-ready contracting records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Support data management efforts, including price files and reports tracking contract performance and savings.
• Coordinate work between departments and subcontractors to implement contract fulfillment.
• Monitor contracts through renewals, amendments, and terminations.
