Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations considered.
• Must obtain CPSM, CPPB, CPPO, CTCM, or equivalent within 18 months of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate sourcing opportunities and optimize terms.
• Coordinate with Contract Administrator and Value Analysis teams on contracting strategy.
• Provide contract details and compliance support to internal/external customers.
• Use data analytics to generate insights on sourcing, supplier value, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate contract and operational risks; escalate as needed.
• Maintain organized contract records in procurement systems.
