Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of professional experience in higher education administration, research administration, lab management, workshop or event coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
• A combination of education and/or related professional experience may substitute.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, with strong attention to detail for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinateregistration of the Annual Statistical Genetics Workshop, assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements.
• Provide travel planning guidance and approvals for domestic and international travel; process reimbursements and reports.
• Schedule in-person faculty meetings and virtual collaboration meetings; take notes and organize shared files.
• Coordinate laboratory and capital equipment tasks, manage asset inventory and respond to audits.
• Purchase conference registrations, memberships, supplies, software, and other goods in compliance with policies; assist with expense reports and subaward invoices.
