• Bachelor’s degree in public health, geography, sociology, psychology, gerontology, epidemiology, social sciences, or related field.
• Master’s or PhD in related field preferred; experience with human-subjects research and university research administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NIH-funded Life Course Cognability study across sites and cohorts.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of research assistants; ensure standardized protocols.
• Manage transcription workflows and qualitative data organization; ensure data security and quality control.
• Track spending, milestones, NIH progress, IRB submissions, and other administrative requirements.
