Job summary

Expertise Delivered is seeking a Renewables Project Manager to lead design, construction, and commissioning of solar, wind, and storage projects in a hybrid Texas-based role. You will drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll oversee scope, schedules, costs, and engineering specs, and ensure regulatory and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience in engineering, construction, or energy projects.
• Experience with renewable energy project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and coordinate schedules, costs, and specs.
• Oversee design, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage budgets, procurement, labor, and materials; lead bid and supplier processes.
• Support on-site construction management with contractors.
• Monitor KPIs for scope, schedule, budget.
• Serve as main communication conduit with stakeholders.
• Mentor associate PMs and project engineers.
• Lead emergency response activities for energy service restoration.
• Secure regulatory approvals for construction and operation.
