Job summary

Neste in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to coordinate movements of SAF and manage cargo planning, scheduling, and invoicing.

You will collaborate with sales, logistics, finance and external suppliers in a global context, ensuring accurate data, compliance, and efficient operation of marine and land deliveries. Fluency in English and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or similar studies and several years in a related role in oil/renewables.
• Good understanding of the petroleum industry and commercial operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate SAF movements from planning to invoicing.
• Coordinate terminal operations across truck, rail, pipeline and marine modes.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sales, legal, finance, and risk teams daily.
• Maintain up-to-date desk instructions and share live information with stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and P&L implications of commercial trades.
• Ensure quality, quantity, and compliance with Neste processes.
