Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Mission Operations Coordinator in Houston to schedule, coordinate and optimize allocation across multiple missions and geographies. You will translate plans into daily schedules, re-optimize as conditions change, and support drivers to meet program goals while escalating issues when needed.

The role involves troubleshooting, emergency response, and driving workflow improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of resource planning, allocation, optimization, reporting, etc. ideally in fleet management or logistics.
• Ability to implement a schedule of operating times for the assigned shift, including rotations.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data tools to drive operations insights.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & coordinate fleet operations across geographies, translating plans into daily assignments and tracking plan vs actuals.
• Act as initial escalation for troubleshooting of technical and software issues; respond to emergencies with composure.
• Drive workflow optimization and automation in collaboration with On-Road Operations leadership.
