Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil or environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to make technical topics simple.
• Initiative and curiosity: you take ownership, ask good questions and learn quickly.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Internship, co-op or project experience in energy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering design and technical reviews for solar, wind and BESS projects at every stage
• Preparing energy production estimates, site evaluations and technical due diligence
• Assisting with interconnection applications and coordination with utilities and PJM processes
• Reviewing technical submittals from EPC contractors, consultants and equipment vendors
• Supporting construction and commissioning, with travel to project sites across the Northeast
• Analyzing performance data from our operating fleet and recommending improvements
• Contributing to the tools, templates and standards our engineering team runs on
