• Experience providing administrative support within a project-based industry.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Ability to represent SWCA professionally while delivering high-quality service and support to employees, candidates, and business partners.

Aufgaben

• Partners with all HR subdisciplines and other teams across SWCA to assist with a variety of routine HR processes.
• Answers employee inquiries regarding company policies, providing clear and accurate information to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Supports diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in collaboration with the larger People Support Team by implementing and promoting initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws by regularly reviewing company policies and practices and providing guidance to management and employees.
• Uses various tools, systems, software, and processes to support daily operations and maintains employee records with confidentiality.
• Offers administrative assistance by preparing reports, organizing files, and managing communications.
• Participates in meetings, projects, and events.
• Follows regulations and standards across applicable jurisdictions.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Supports talent acquisition activities, including job posting administration, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Administers recruiting programs and ATS support (iCIMS), referrals, recruiting metrics, and surveys.
• Assists with employee lifecycle activities such as orientation and deployment logistics, health and safety coordination, and retention practices.
• Conducts routine HR compliance audits and supports process improvements.
