Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Conduct market research and provide talent market insights.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities.
• Utilize ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies to manage recruiting activity.
• Meet established recruiting, placement, and business development metrics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities.
