Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn multiple modules within SIS and related systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with both technical and functional staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Student Services systems including Admissions, Financial Aid, and Degree modules.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with SIS stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and document new workflows and guides.
• Plan and execute testing and user-acceptance activities for system changes.
• Foster professional development and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
