Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals across client areas. You will influence organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives while partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and culture.

The role requires 10+ years in HRBP with leadership experience, fluency in English, and willingness to travel quarterly. Hybrid work options available in Jeffersonville, IN or Morrisville, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in transformational change and working with diverse, geographically distributed client groups.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and partner with leaders.
• Fluent English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel quarterly.
