Job summary

Valeris, Inc. in the United States seeks a Strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals, shaping workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness in collaboration with the SVP HR and senior leaders.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in HRBP roles, strong change management, and experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or SaaS environments. Hybrid work with offices in Jeffersonville, IN or Morrisville, NC; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner role, ideally with leadership experience.
• Experience with transformational change and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: develop and execute people strategies with business leaders.
• Talent Management & Development: build bench strength and development initiatives; drive performance culture.
• Organizational Effectiveness: use data to inform decisions and measure HR impact; guide transformations.
• Employee Relations & Culture: foster inclusive, high-performance environment and manage complex investigations.
• Change Management: lead change initiatives with effective communication and adoption.
• HR Programs & Operations: align HR strategy with COEs and ensure consistent HR policy application.
