You will handle renewals, quotes, and service requests, document in AMS360, rate policies, and collaborate with direct and wholesale providers. A current P&C license and 3+ years of small commercial experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current P&C license is required.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar management software.
• 3+ years of middle market and small commercial experience.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive learner with technology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of existing commercial lines.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Review existing book for cross-selling and account round opportunities.
• Document information in AMS360.
• Rate policies and complete all insurance applications.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients and prospects.
• Educate clients about coverage options.
• Work with direct and wholesale insurance providers.
