Risman Insurance Agencies, based in Medford, MA, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. You may work from Medford or one of our nearby offices in Tewksbury, Danvers, or Barre, with a weekly work-from-home day after onboarding.

Qualifications

• P& C license required.
• AMS360 or similar software experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of middle market and small commercial experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learn and adapt to technology quickly.
• Professional demeanor with clients and coworkers.
• A drive to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of existing commercial lines.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Review book for cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.
• Document information in AMS360.
