The role defines, validates, and designs requirements and technical specs for complex problems within assigned domains, coordinating with IT on upgrades and testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical knowledge to business and IT and assist with system issues.
• Review, analyze and develop solutions while assessing business impact.
• Serve as liaison to develop effective technical solutions and coordinate testing.
• Coordinate ongoing user support and respond to service requests.
• Ensure efficient reporting and data tools for trend analysis.
• Document and report all system support activities; manage production issues.
• Lead large projects and coordinate technical specifications with business leads.
• Influence testing strategy to meet business requirements.
