Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide design consultations in Home Depot stores across a defined territory. The role requires weekend work and closings with customers to showcase Tuff Shed displays and solutions.

You will manage a sales pipeline, coordinate events, and train others while collaborating with Home Depot leaders to optimize performance and merchandising. A strong relationship builder with tech aptitude will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, within a specific territory.
• Manage a sales pipeline and lead generation events.
• Coordinate with Home Depot leaders on sales performance, merchandising and displays.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and signage updated.
• Provide design consultations and drive sales growth.
• Train others and share product knowledge.
• Build relationships with customers and store personnel.
• Leverage Home Depot traffic to generate leads and sales.
