Project Manager 2

This is a full-time exempt (40+ hours/week), on-site / hybridand travel-light role (Not specified travel) across assigned projects and teams.

Summary
  • Lead small- to medium-complexity projects from initiation through completion.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and documentation.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and changes while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proven experience applying project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in facilitating meetings and navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • PMI or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with business process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles.
  • Experience using standardized PMO tools and project management templates.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external project partners.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly or salary range: Not specified
