Job summary

Flux Resources, LLC is seeking a project manager to lead multiple technology initiatives across Austin, TX and surrounding areas. This full-time, exempt role combines hybrid on-site work with required local site visits and occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management,​​​​ with experience in network infra, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, OT, GIS, and enterprise apps, plus strong planning and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple technology projects.
• Experience with network infrastructure, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, SCADA, OT, GIS or enterprise apps.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk and change control abilities.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams, vendors and stakeholders across layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple tech projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain plans, budgets, scopes, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Conduct cost analyses and track financial performance.
• Maintain project risk logs and drive resolution.
• Coordinate site visits and ensure documentation compliance.
