Flux Resources, LLC is seeking a full-time exempt project manager to lead multiple technology initiatives across Phoenix, AZ or Portland, OR with a hybrid schedule. The role includes site visits and close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience across diverse technology domains, strong budgeting and risk management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Experience managing technology projects including network infrastructure, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, OT, GIS or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk and vendor management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Manage internal and external resources, requirements, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct cost and budget analyses and track financial performance.
• Maintain project risk and issue logs and coordinate site visits as required.
• Ensure documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
