Job summary

ABB seeks a driven engineer to execute engineering change implementation and ensure data accuracy across Product/Manufacturing. You will serve as the technical reference for the product family, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring line balance to meet TAKT.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 2 years in manufacturing, plus proficiency in SAP, Windchill, and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Onsite role with strong pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar strongly preferred, with 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related experience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Must be goals-oriented, analytic, and methodical.
• Proficient in Excel data analysis and reports; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and Windchill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and implementing engineering changes across products and coordinating deliverables between cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring manufacturing line has necessary support to meet market demand by monitoring output, capacity, TAKT and work instructions, removing barriers.
• Loading, correcting, and monitoring data related to products in the ERP system including Material Masters, BOMs, Routings, and Costing.
• Establishing contacts with suppliers for technical support to improve material quality and/or reduce costs.
