Job summary

Bradford Consulting Group in Noblesville, IN, is seeking a Principal Consultant in Community Partnerships & Marketing who will own the discipline for the firm and lead client work through positioning, storytelling, audience strategy, and partnership development.

This role combines hands-on delivery with method leadership; expect to guide engagements, shape proposals, and expand the firm's practice with travel up to 25% and a hybrid-remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing or related field.
• Experience selling and delivering marketing and community partnership work to public-sector, destination, institutional, or nonprofit clients.
• Direct sponsorship experience is required.
• Sharp, clear writing and editing skills.
• Able to lead engagements and advise clients on needs beyond requested deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the community partnerships and marketing discipline across engagements.
• Continuously improve the method and teach it to clients and colleagues.
• Lead anchor engagements, including sponsorships, partnerships, and market-growth work.
• Strengthen every proposal you touch with accurate scoping and pricing.
• Deliver with ~75% client-facing time and remaining focus on systems, methodology, and coaching teams.
