Bradford Consulting Group in Noblesville, IN, is seeking a Principal Consultant in Community Partnerships & Marketing who will own the discipline for the firm and lead client work through positioning, storytelling, audience strategy, and partnership development.
This role combines hands-on delivery with method leadership; expect to guide engagements, shape proposals, and expand the firm's practice with travel up to 25% and a hybrid-remote schedule.
At Bradford Consulting Group, we believe that organizations advancing communities have unlimited potential, and we exist to help them unlock it. We are seeking a Principal Consultant in Community Partnerships & Marketing who will own this discipline for the firm internally, and lead client work externally through positioning, storytelling, and partnership development.
Bradford Consulting Group is a rapidly growing firm serving more than 48 clients in the last three years across the Midwest and the Carolinas. The Principal Consultant is the firm's definitive authority on community partnerships and marketing: accountable for the methodology and systems, the quality standard, and how the discipline is practiced on every engagement it touches, while remaining a hands-on client delivery role. You will be the subject matter expert within the firm and drive our work and standard under partnerships and marketing.
As a consultant of the firm, you will guide clients through Bradford Consulting Group's Arc of Engagement, our disciplined practice of active listening, deliberate studying, intensive planning, swift action, and a long-term eye towards sustainability and growth.
We're built on the values we ask our clients to embody. Bradford Consulting Group is LGBTQ+-owned and majority women, staffed by parents and members of diverse families.
We choose to partner with mission-aligned, community-centered organizations, because we believe equity-driven work deserves equity-driven partnership. We hold ourselves accountable to living these values, not just stating them.
We believe the organizations doing equity-centered work have unlimited potential. We exist to help them unlock it and we're looking for a Principal Consultant who wants to help us do that.
