BuildASign, a Texas-based company, is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to plan, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns, primarily in Meta Ads Manager.

This role requires 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, with responsibilities spanning campaign setup, optimization, testing, influencer marketing, organic posts, and collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue growth. Hybrid schedule with health benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on planning and buying on Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience analyzing campaigns to extract insights.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Launch campaigns, apply optimizations, and monitor performance.
• Support testing initiatives including creative testing and incrementality testing.
• Coordinate and manage organic social media posts.
• Lead development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on platform updates and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive revenue growth.
• Execute on projects to grow social revenue and strategy.
