BuildASign is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to plan, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns primarily in Meta Ads Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has 2+ years of experience working directly inside Meta Ads Manager.

Remote, US. You will manage day-to-day campaigns, implement optimizations, test creatives, and collaborate with marketing to drive revenue growth through social channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on planning and buying experience managing social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA and related metrics

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
• Launch campaigns, optimize, and monitor performance
• Coordinate organic social posts and support influencer campaigns
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive revenue growth
