Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a commercial real estate paralegal or title coordinator.
• Experience with multi-state transactions and title review processes.
• Strong coordination, detail orientation, and ability to manage high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive title review of commitments, surveys, and encumbrances.
• Draft proformas and issue ALTA/commercial title policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Compute title fees, prepare title bills, and coordinate closings across states.
• Communicate with attorneys, brokers, lenders, and underwriters to resolve issues.
