Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) in Illinois is seeking a client-focused professional to support Clearing Members with questions about operational processing, trade and position data, and new product implementations.

You will communicate with market participants, maintain CRM data, analyze trends, and help document procedures while ensuring policy compliance. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work across shifts in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Responds to day-to-day inquiries from Clearing Members via phone or email and works toward resolution.
• Communicates with external market participants to support and troubleshoot production activities.
• Completes daily tasks that support production.
• Assists team members with investigating issues and resolving problems.
• Maintains Clearing Member information in CRM and other databases.
• Analyzes firm data and identifies trends.
• Performs Masterfile updates and verification of changes for members.
• Assists with self-testing and documentation writing.
