The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking a member support-focused professional in Wisconsin who can provide high levels of service for clearing existing and new products. You will research and analyze trade and position data, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to documentation while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responds to day-to-day Clearing Member inquiries via phone or email.
• Communicates with external market participants to support production activities.
• Completes daily tasks that support production.
• Assists team members with investigating issues and resolving problems.
• Applies knowledge of OCC products and systems to standard situations.
• Maintains Clearing Member information in CRM and other databases.
• Analyzes firm data and identifies trends.
• Performs Masterfile account updates and verification for members.
• Assists with self-testing and writing procedures and job aids.
• Other duties as assigned.
